COVID-19

We have taken special measures to minimize risk and make our clinic as safe as possible. We adhere to the recommendations of Public Health Ontario, the Ministry of Health,

and our regulatory College.

UPON ARRIVAL

Each patient is actively screened when booking an appointment and upon entry to our clinic. To view the COVID-19 screening questionnaire, click here.

If you arrive early, please wait in your car until your scheduled appointment time. Please read and adhere to all signage in the clinic.

We ask that every patient wears a surgical or cloth mask while at the clinic to protect themselves and others.  If you forget your mask, we can supply you with one. Every patient must wash or sanitize their hands upon entry and when leaving the clinic.

KEEPING YOU SAFE

Your therapist will wear appropriate personal protective equipment and continue to wash/sanitize hands before and after each patient. Physical distancing is being maintained by having reduced the number of patients at the clinic at one time.

We disinfect all treatment rooms and high-touch areas after each patient visit.  We follow the cleaning and disinfecting protocols set out by Public Health Ontario.
